Full Mouth Rehabilitation in Completely Maxillay Edentulous Patient with Narrow Diameter Dental Implants : Case Report

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to report one case about full mouth rehabilitation with narrow diameter dental implants in completely maxillary edentulous patient. Major obstacles for dental implant placement to replace missing teeth are the lack of adequate bone width and interdental space. Using narrow-diameter implants allows the clinician to overcome both of these obstacles without the need for additional surgical procedures. Patient was a 84-year-old female with ridge deficiency. 6 Narrow diameter implants were placed in the maxilla. Fixed implant prostheses were made. The patient have satisfactory result in esthetic and functional aspect with the implant-supported maxillary fullarch fixed prosthesis.
